Admittedly I am a boutique runner. I love to run more than anything but if the weather isn't favorable, I won't go. We don't get a lot of those real cold days here in Florida but I also have an issue running in heat. Which of course, is almost every day in Florida! Here it is May, and its already as hot as Africa outside. I have been able to solve my dilemma by getting out and about the minute it becomes light out. This has also enabled me to see some gorgeous sunrises and really starts my day out right.
If you aren't an early bird like me, you can wait until evening, when the sun’s rays aren’t as strong—just don’t do it so late that it keeps you from getting to sleep.
